Marva Glies

Marva "Tack" Giles- 62 years of age died Monday, November 6, 2017. Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 10, from 5-7:00 p.m. at Mabone Funeral Home, L.L.C. 1435 Teague Store Road Somerville, Tn., Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 11th at Caterers Full Gospel Church 1050 Rich Road Somerville, Tn. at 12:00 Noon. Interment Church Cemetery. She was a graduate of Fayette Ware High School class of 1972. She was employed by Fayette County School System Food Services and was later employed by Exxon Gas Station in Oakland, TN.
Tack is survived by three children; Erical Jordan, Memphis, TN., Christopher Jordan, Oakland, TN., and Cassandra Giles- Williams, Oakland, TN., one sister, Glenda Sims, Memphis, Tn., Two brothers, Earl Giles, Oakland, Tn., And Larry "Doby" Giles, Oakland, TN.; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild.  She also leaves six other sisters, Cora Branner, Julia Taylor (Freddy), Pearlie Murrell (Henry), Mary Norman, Dorothy Tapplin, and Gloria Harris (Jessie).  And she also leaves four other brothers, James Tapplin, Larry Tapplin (Carla), Ruben Tapplin (Mary), and Willie B. Tapplin (Cynthia).
