Mary "Mae" Elizabeth Carroll

Mary " Mae" Elizabeth Carroll-90 years of age died in Milwaukee, Wi., she is the daughter of the late Mr.& Mrs.Sam and Ruthie Spencer Thompson.

"Mae" was a member of the St. Paul M.B. Church in Williston,Tn there she served as an Usher until her relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After relocation she united with Mason Temple Church Of God In Christ there she served under the leadership of Pastor Tatum.

She leaves to cherish her memories seven daughters; Ruthie ( Rev.Larry) Eason,Charleane Braswell both of Oakland, Tn.,Easter (Henry) Tynes, Rossville,Tn., Mary ( Henry ) Williams, Dorothy (Andrew) Williams, both of Milwaukee, WI., Shirley Carroll, Peggy ( Ralph) Mabone, Christine ( Melvin ) Deener all of Memphis,Tn.five sons: James Levorn ( Mavis ) Carroll, Milwaukee,WI., James Leon ( Kathy ) Carroll, Jr. Memphis, Tn., Sam Carroll, Jr.Boise, Idaho, Frank (Tekia) Grandberry,Somerville, Tn.,and Henry ( Oretha) Grandberry, Collierville,Tn. Forty-two Grandchildren; Seventy-four Great Grandchildren,and Ten Great Great Grandchildren and four Great Great Great Grandchildren; two Sisters: Irene Thompson Watson, Milwaukee, WI., and Helen McKinley, Memphis, Tn.

Viewing will be held Friday, September 11, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mabone Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 12th, 2020 at St. Paul M.B. Church Cemetery 4695 Hwy 76 South.

Interment Church Cemetery.
