He departed this life at Columbia St. Mary Hospital in Milwaukee, WI on July 24, 2017. Preceding him in death was his Mother Catheryn Cooper Jackson, Brother Billey Cooper, Grandfather Thomas Cooper, two Aunts Norene Cleaves and Georgian Cleaves and an Uncle John Cleaves. He leaves to cherish his memories three Nieces Katherine Jackson, Cynthia Jackson, April Flake Green, one Nephew Billey Cooper Jr., Step Mother May Alice Cooper, four Aunts Mary Cooper, Lula Cooper, Evelyn Cooper, Juanita Cooper, three Uncles James “Bubba” Harris, John Cooper, Robert Cooper and a host of cousins, family and friends.
