Callie Lawson Prewitt- Bonner

Callie L. Bonner was born on November 3, 1949 to the late Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Maggie Prewitt
of Somerville, TN.
She confessed her belief in Christ and was a faithful member of Powerhouse COGIC, were she
served many roles, such as teaching and leading testimony services. In later years she served
as a Mother on the motherboard until her health failed her.
Callie attended W.P. Ware high school and was a graduate of the class of 1970.
She worked as a cook at The Hut for 18 years and in later years she continued working as a
cook at Braden Staten for 10 years until her health failed her.
Preceding her in death were her two sisters Rositine Prewitt and Zinnie Ann Homes.
Recognizing that marriage is honorable and blessed by our Lord, she chose her life matet he
late Wade Macalister Bonner Sr. a union lasting forty-four years.
She leaves behind eight children Angela (Anthony) Rudd of Mason Tn., Tonia Pailin of Mason
TN., Frederick Bonner Sr. of Mason TN. ,Catina (Phillip) Seaberry of Somerville TN. Jefferey
(Lakesha) Bonner of Oakland TN., Quentin (Adrianne) Bonner of Memphis TN., Camilla
(Marshaun) Mason of Memphis, TN., Wade (Chicara) Bonner Jr. of Memphis TN. Twenty two
grandchildren, four great.

Viewing will be held Saturday, June 5th, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Power House COGIC 11215 Hwy 59 Somerville, Tennessee. Elder Nathaniel Henderson, Pastor.

Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Interment Williamson Chapel M.B. Church Cemetery.
